Modern rooms with down pillows. Plenty of supplies in the room: climate control, a personal safe, and multi-channel television...

The staff were sooo helpful, like superheroes! They stored my luggage, charged my phone and even had a Christmas market! The room was spacious and the breakfast buffet, oh my, uniqueness overload! Absolutely loved it!
Seriously, who needs dimmers or shades for bedside lights? Blinding myself while reading is my kind of fun.

The Reign Hotel in Kyoto exceeded my expectations with its beautiful and stylish property. The rooms were spacious and elegantly designed, providing a luxurious experience. I was particularly impressed with the balcony room, offering breathtaking views of the city and mountains. The attention to detail, like providing a charger and water in the fridge, made my stay even more convenient. The staff's excellent English and warm hospitality made me feel welcome throughout my visit. The hotel's proximity to the subway line and buses made exploring Kyoto easy, and the walk to Fushimi Inari was a highlight. I highly recommend this hotel for its impeccable service and wonderful amenities.
While the hotel was exceptional in many ways, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The mood lighting in the room was a bit too dim for my liking, and I would have preferred more variety in the breakfast sandwich options.

The hotel I stayed at during my city trip was well-maintained and stylish. The rooms were pretty large and spacious which was a great value for the money I spent. the hotel staff spoke excellent English and were very welcoming and efficient. I also liked the fact that the hotel had a restaurant with amazing food.
Although the hotel had a great overall experience, there were a few aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy. the lighting in the room was a bit dim and not to my liking.

The hotel rooms were very clean and modern, offering a comfortable stay for travellers. The staff was kind and helpful, making our stay a positive experience. Despite its location on a busy road, the hotel was surprisingly quiet in the evenings, providing a peaceful atmosphere. the breakfast area was efficient, and the roof terrace was a nice spot to relax.
The hotel's location was not ideal, as it was relatively far from most attractions, requiring a 50-minute to an hour journey. There was not much activity or food in the area, making it difficult to find places to eat or drink.
